It is a soft landing point between short-term stay and long-term life in Japan.
Address Registration in Japan (Important)
Foreign residents who receive a Residence Card are required to register their address at the local city office within 14 days after they start living at a residence. This address does not need to be a permanent or long-term home—a temporary residence is acceptable. Because our property is a residential rental for stays of one month or longer, it can be used as an address for resident registration. After registration, you are free to move later and update your address by submitting a simple change-of-address notification.

This co-living space was created by renovating a 50-year-old Japanese house. It is primarily operated for foreigners experiencing Japan for the first time.
Through your stay here, we hope you will learn local rules and customs by immersing yourself and pave the way for long-term living in Japan. Japanese individuals seeking to live in a global environment are also welcome.
